Frank D' Souza is a Partner in the Firm's Corporate Tax practice and leads the Firm's Media & Entertainment Industry practice. He joined the Firm in October 2004. Prior to joining BMR & Associates, he was a tax Partner with Ernst & Young. He worked with Arthur Andersen for over 12 years until the Andersen practice combined with that of Ernst & Young in June 2002.

He has significant experience in the tax, Regulatory & Business Advisory areas working with world majors in the Media & Entertainment industry. He led the Entertainment and Media Industry practice at Ernst & Young and advises international as well as domestic companies in this industry on a range of matters in connection with market entry strategy, operating structures and transactional arrangements and tax optimisation. Beyond the Media & Entertainment industry, he also advises companies across diverse industries on tax and regulatory matters.

He has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994.
